Custom‑made items, including photo prints and personalised products, are produced based on the files you upload or provide.

4. Collection & Delivery

Orders can be collected in‑store during opening hours.
If delivery is offered, dispatch times may vary depending on workload and product type.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the personalised nature of our products, refunds are only available if we are unable to meet the agreed requirements.
Once a custom order has been printed or completed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
